What's the catch?
There isn't a hidden one. We build the site first because it's the easiest way to earn your trust. We only get paid if you like the result and choose a plan. If you don't, we've spent our time and you've spent nothing.
How long does it take?
About 5 business days from when we have your business details to your private link. Changes usually take 1 to 2 business days each.
What do you need from me?
Your business name (or Google listing), the services you offer and the area you cover. Photos of your work and your logo help, but they're optional. We write the text and you check it.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. We build the new one on a private link first. If you like it, we switch your domain over to the new site when you're ready, so you can compare before anything changes.
Who owns the domain and the site?
Your domain stays registered in your name, in your own account. After the 3-month minimum term, you can ask for a full copy of your site's code and content at any time, free.
What if I want to cancel?
Plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. After that, email us and the plan ends at the close of your current billing month. No cancellation fee.
Where are you based?
Vladier is operated by SV HUB S.R.L., a company registered in the European Union (Romania). We work with US clients remotely by email and phone, during US business hours.
How do I pay?
Only after you approve your finished site. You pay monthly by card through a secure checkout (Stripe), in US dollars. Nothing is charged before you approve.
