I'm Catalin, and Vladier is my studio. I build websites for plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians and other home service businesses in the US, and I look after them for as long as you want me to.
Why I build first and ask later
Most website companies ask you to pay or sign before you've seen anything. Then you find out, weeks later, whether you like what you paid for. I think that risk should be mine, not yours. So I build your site first, send it to you on a private link, and you decide after you've seen it finished.
That only works if I keep things simple and consistent. Every site I build starts from a proven foundation made for home service businesses: clear services, your service area, a big call button and a short quote form. Then I shape it around your business, your wording and your photos.
What you can count on
- You see your finished site before you pay anything.
- Your domain stays registered in your name, in your own account.
- A short 3-month minimum, then month to month. No yearly contracts.
- After the minimum term, a full copy of your site is yours for free, anytime.
- You deal with me directly, by email or phone, during US business hours.
What I don't do
- I don't promise rankings, leads or sales. Nobody honest can.
- I don't build online stores or complex web apps. I focus on service businesses.
- I don't lock your site or your domain behind a contract.

Vladier is operated by SV HUB S.R.L., a company registered in the European Union (Romania), VAT ID RO51977418. I work with US clients remotely. That's part of how I keep plans affordable, and I make sure it never means slow answers: you get a reply within one business day, US time.
